Perseverance combines a classic aesthetic with modern systems and interior. She is a simple and ideal New England boat.

Noteworthy for her performance when launched, Perseverance was designed by Ken Smith and built by Norman Hodgdon, in 1962. The new owner and family wanted 2 private cabins, a galley in the wheelhouse, and a spacious head and shower. Beamy for her era, Perseverance at 42’ was able to accommodate the design brief. A comprehensive refit addressed an number of structural issues, and included entirely new systems and a Rockport Marine designed interior. Now powered by a pair of Cummins 380hp engines, she has a top speed of 25 knots.  Varnished white oak trim complements painted flat panels.
