Rembrandt

REMBRANDT is a classic New England day boat designed by the Rockport Marine design office.  Above the water her sweeping sheer and tumblehome speak to the traditions of Maine boatbuilding.  Below the water the V hull and Volvo Duoprop outdrive provide a comfortable ride throughout the speed range to her top speed of 28 kts.   Rembrandt has a cold molded wooden hull.  The composite center console can be raised with a push of a button to reveal the 200 hp Volvo diesel engine below. With her aluminum framed T-top and large round fronted dodger there is protection from sun and spray. Alternative deck layouts could easily be developed.
